**Functiebeschrijving**
Voor de functie als Customer Service Advisor in Brussel zal je takenpakket bestaan uit:
- Technische ondersteuning bieden aan de klanten, consumenten en medewerkers;
- Zorgen voor een hoge mate van klanttevredenheid;
Je hebt 3 onderdelen in jouw takenpakket: 1) Customers:
- Je geeft informatie en technische bijstand;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de stockbeheer en het bestellen van onderdelen;
- Je beantwoord commerciele aanbiedingen die via het systeem binnen komen;
- Je stelt een dossier op wanneer je een technieker naar de klant stuurt;
2) Opleiding:
- Je volgt online en fysieke opleidingen;
- Je bent voortdurend op zoek naar informatie om meer te weten te komen over de producten;
3) Administratie:
- Je beheert het mailverkeer en de telefonie;
- Je geeft feedback over opmerkingen van klanten;
- Je registreert de nodige informatie in het systeem.
**Functie-eisen**
Voor de functie als Customer Service Advisor in Brussel zijn wij opzoek naar:
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in het Nederlands en Frans;
- Je hebt een technische achtergrond om de klanten telefonisch verder te helpen;
- Je hebt reeds een gelijkaardige functie uitgeoefend en je voelt je comfortabel aan de telefoon;
- Je bent iemand dynamisch en positief van aard.
