**DE JOB**
- De Technical Support Project Leader maakt deel uit van de afdeling Technical Support van de dienst Capacity Management binnen de directie CBE van Infrabel.
- Je hebt de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je behoudt het overzicht over de IT-projecten van het investeringssubprogramma Informatisering I-CBE en van de projecten in het investeringsprogramma SCM (Smart Capacity Management). Je leidt enkele van deze projecten zelf. In dit kader stuur je ook een ploeg aan van twee medewerkers die je de nodige steun verleent zodat ze hun activiteiten efficiënt en zelfstandig kunnen uitvoeren en ze zich steeds verder kunnen blijven ontwikkelen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de innovatie-projecten van onze afdeling. Je detecteert opportuniteiten. Je organiseert internationale benchmarks en bent hierbij het aanspreekpunt voor de buitenlandse infrastructuurbeheerders. Je onderhoudt contacten met de academische wereld en evalueert en omkadert mogelijke samenwerkingsverbanden met universitaire partners.
- Je neemt initiatieven voor de governance rond onze IT-roadmap en speelt een sleutelrol in deze governance. Je waakt erover dat de IT-roadmap beantwoordt aan de prioriteiten van onze directie. Je zorgt voor een transparante samenwerking met de directie I-ICT.
- Je bent de link tussen onze directie en de directie ICT om te beantwoorden aan de uitdagingen van de NIS2-regelgeving (Network and Information Systems 2).
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt binnen onze afdeling voor de OpenRail projecten (open source ontwikkelingen) waaraan we deelnemen.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Manager van onze afdeling.

**JOUW PROFIEL**
- Je hebt een universitair diploma of gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.

**Technische competenties**:

- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met het leiden van IT-projecten.
- Je bent vertrouwd met projectmanagement. Ervaring als Project Management Officer (PMO) is een pluspunt.
- Ervaring met innovatie-projecten is een pluspunt.

**Gedragscompetenties**:

- Je beschikt over uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden (je bent communicatief, luistert actief, bent assertief en diplomatisch ingesteld) die je helpen een netwerk uit te bouwen, je gesprekspartners te overtuigen en met hen samen te werken.
- Je bent klantgericht, creatief en pragmatisch ingesteld.
- Je bent een teamspeler.
- Ervaring met het aansturen van een team is een pluspunt.
- Je kan vlot en duidelijk communiceren op het niveau van het management en past je communicatie aan in functie van je gesprekspartners.

**Taalcompetenties**:

- Je spreekt vlot Frans of Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van de andere taal.
- Je hebt een goede basiskennis van het Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
