Bartender/barmaid

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team. You will be a part of the staff in a well known hotel-restaurant-brasserie located by the sea on the Belgian coast in Nieuwpoort, Belgium

**Requirements**:

- Being able to work under pressure
- Being a good team player
- Ideally you have a very good knowledge of English language
- Experience at least 1 year as a bartender
- Willingness to live and work in Belgium for a long period of time

**Shifts**:

- you can work any day between Monday - Sunday, various shifts available
- rotating shifts only

**Pay rate (gross)**:

- € 12,2723 / standard hour + overtime (up to 50h/week)
- as an incentive : you can pay €1.59 /day: for that you can eat and drink anything at work (except alcohol)
- If working on Sunday, employees get €2/hour/net allowance (limited to 6 hours per day) - so maximum of €12 net extra on Sunday
- all the hours worked over 38h/week = overtime = gross/net

Example: €12,2723 works 50h/week = 38 x €12,2723 = €466,35 gross AND 12h x €12,2723 = €147,27 gross/net

**Accommodation**:

- €15/ day, automatically deducted from salary at the end of the week
- Single and double rooms available up to high standard
- All bills and internet included
- Distance is maximum 10 miles from work
- Shared houses/ hostels and bungalows.
- No deposit is requested for move in to the accommodation, just sign in guarantee document for keeping the property in good condition

**Transport**:

- Workers can use their own car/ bike and be paid some small bonus for fuel or miles (calculated by government) or they can be given a bike to use for transport (10 euro/week )
- Public transport is available as well.

**Personal protective equipment**:

- Safety boots can be provided if needed
- Overalls, hi-vis, protective gloves, masks etc. everything the workers will need to complete their job duties is provided for free.
- Workers can feel free to use their own protective/ work clothing and equipment if desired
