**What the role requires**:
As a small but growing part of the group and wider industry, the requirements for the Regional
Retail Manager include establishment, implementation and management of best-practice processes
These should be designed to develop and motivate people, maximize sales, analyze product trends to provide feedback for sourcing, and leverage the opportunities that come with access to the product, knowledge and resources of the Group - read ‘Personal Development Plans’,
‘Rolling Retail Calendar’, ‘Trend Forecasting’ & ‘Sales Feedback’, etc.
The RRM role combines supporting two existing local Belgian teams, driving day-to-day retail sales & growth, plus working with, & regular travel to, a Dutch Head Office. The role has the potential to also include the opportunity to drive regional growth of other retail concepts as they are developed and rolled out
In a 40hr week Monday to Friday also with weekend work & overnight travel when required, and a good command of both English and Dutch language
**Who you are**:
- A Regional Manager with a clear vision that, in collaboration with Head Office, can easily be conveyed to Store Managers & their Sales Teams. You translate into practical terms and activities your important objectives whilst maintaining flexibility and versatility in managing the sometimes variable supply profile and its rhythm
- You offer inspiration & motivation to the Store Managers for them to share with their teams to achieve these objectives
- You know how to link behavior to results, you know how to positively influence these and you are primarily responsible for the personal development of the Store Managers.
In addition to on-the-job coaching of the Store Managers, you develop and provide sales training in collaboration with Head Office for the entire sales team
- You are happy to transfer your knowledge to the Store Managers and other departments whilst you have a listening ear and like to use it
- You understand the importance of weekly and monthly sales reviews, how to communicate the relevant details of these for both product feedback and turnover; both up and down
Along with input from the Regional Retail Manager, we are working hard on professionalization, growth and cooperation within our company. You actively contribute to this, come up with initiatives and show an inspiring exemplary role
