**Your tasks**:
- As a commercial project manager, you will act as an interface between Group management, your team of experts, and the internal and external stakeholders involved in the project.
- As a key player, you are responsible for the commercial areas of deadlines, costs and risks throughout all project phases and are able to play a significant role in shaping these. In this way, you make a decisive contribution to the successful implementation of the project.
- By means of KPIs/performance indicators, you will develop concrete insights into the progress of the project and communicate these in a targeted manner to the relevant stakeholders. In parallel, you control both cost developments and schedules and take measures regarding change and damage management.
- As a practitioner with leadership experience, you are able to delegate within your team as well as work within the systems yourself regarding costs, deadlines and risks.
**Your profile**:
- You have at least 12 years of relevant professional experience in project management of large-scale projects, for example in the oil & gas industry, chemicals, industrial plant construction or basic industries
- You have a Master's degree in project management, MBA or from a technical field such as plant or mechanical engineering
- You have already worked with scheduling software such as Primavera S6 or MS Project and have a sound knowledge of SAP
- You are fluent in English and have good negotiating skills
