**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:
- Je staat rechtstreeks in **contact met de klanten** via telefoon en online.
- Je hanteert **een uiterst vriendelijke benadering richting** de klanten en biedt hun een **kwaliteitsvolle service** aan.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het **onderhoud van het klantenbestand.**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de correcte analyse, verwerking en rapportering van **problemen **en je kan hier de juiste **oplossingen** in voorzien.
- Je voert administratieve taken uit via je Team Lead.
**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:
- Je beschikt over de juiste **multitasking skills**.
- Je beschikt over de juiste **communicatie skills**.
- Je bent een **team player**.
- Je kan **prioriteiten** stellen in je werk.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het **Nederlands **en in het **Engels**.
