- ** Your Role **:Over the course of our 2-year Management Trainee Program, you'll have the opportunity to develop a wide range of essential knowledge and skills. This Management Traineeship offers you the kickstart for your career, either national or international
- ** Your Responsibilities**:
- Hands on experience in different functional processes
- Advanced personal leadership skills such as self-awareness, effective communication, and collaboration
- Project management expertise, including active participation, leadership, and timely delivery of assigned projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of our systems and processes.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or similar,
- About to graduate or have less than 2 years of working experience,
- A born communicator, with an analytical mindset,
- Fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and English. Proficiency in French is a plus,
- Flexible on working location,
- MS Excel proficient.
