Stow is a dynamic and global key player in the racking & storage solutions industry. In line with our continuous growth and innovation efforts, we have developed automated storage solutions both for pallets and bins. These automated solutions are headed by stow Robotics.

The Competence Learning Center Responsible delivers training to internal and external stakeholders worldwide, defines purpose-built content for these stakeholders in different technical levels and sets up management systems and processes in order to follow up certification programs, levels and renewals.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Acquire a deep technical understanding of the stow Robotics product portfolio.
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization and external partner companies.
- Develop training programs that address internal and external needs and target tangible results.
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods online and offline.
- Drive brand values and philosophy through all development activities.
- Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
- Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training and associated certifications.
**Qualifications**:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelors degree in a technical domain or equivalent through experience.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
- Strategic and creative mindset with attention to detail.
