Bewaakt en stuurt het indampingsproces aan de hand van parameters op de schermen.
- Neemt periodiek stalen en doet enkele analyses. Stuurt in functie hiervan het proces bij (extra installaties opstarten/stilleggen, debieten bijstellen etc.)
- Voert de periodieke reinigingen uit (CIP) en staat in voor de reiniging en opstart van de totale installaties om de 4 weken.
- Eén week op acht: opvolging van de waterzuivering aan de hand van uit te voeren analyses (COD chemische zuurstof vraag, stikstof, fosfaat etc.)
- Staat in voor de slibverwerking en stuurt in functie van analyses het proces bij (in samenspraak met de meestergast).
- Bewaakt de WWK installatie (warmtekrachtkoppeling) aan de hand van parameters op het scherm en doet de nodige analyses.
- Bewaken en opvolgen van de waterbehandeling (Ultra-filtratie, RO - reversed osmose en stadswaterontharder), met de nodige analyses.

**Profiel**
- Bereid om in een volcontinu ploegenstelsel te werken (vroege, late, nacht - tijdens de week en weekend)
- Kennis van elektriciteit en mechanica is vereist i.f.v. het opheffen van storingen. Technisch inzicht is een must.
- Draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel (er wordt o.a. gewerkt met chemische producten)
- A2 diploma mechanica, elektriciteit,of gelijkwaardig door ervaring als procesoperator in voeding of chemische sector
- Oplossingsgericht
- Zelfstandig, kan autonoom werken
- Nauwkeurig en nauwlettend werken
- Geen schrik van fysiek werk (af en toe zakken 25 kg heffen)
