You’re passionate about events and get a thrill out of exceeding clients’ expectations. You love working with people and it’s mutual because people love working with you. You’re personable and approachable with fantastic listening skills, but you’re also a planner with ninja-level organizational abilities and a knack for managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

**What you'll be doing**
- Create an event management database and all related travel booking including the issuance of documents for all participants
- Keep participant lists updated at all times
- Keep our customers updated on progress
- Propose travel itineraries to participants
- Provide support on day of event and update attendance information post event

**Must haves
- Experience as a booking or travel agent
- Proficient in both **French and Flemish/Dutch**:

- Excellent knowledge of database management software
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Nice to haves**
- Proficient in either event management database such as CVENT, Atrium, Evenium or KEY4
- Organized and rigorous
- Skilled at managing priorities and taking a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Great listening skills and able to digest information
