Challenge and coordinate problem analysis and - resolution of the outsourced technical support groups related to Microsoft products
- Act as a central point of contact between business representatives, end users in headquarter & branches and IT with regards to the delivered services
- Organize & lead regular operational meetings aka site reviews with (foreign located) business units & sales offices
- Training: work together with HR Learning & Development and Corporate Communication on End User training for the Microsoft enabling technology stack such as Office 365 and its components, SharePoint, TEAMS, Power Platform etc - Act as secondary point of contact on End user questions & incidents regarding the mentioned Microsoft enabling technology stack
**Wat wij van jou vragen**:
A Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience in a similar role
- At least 2 years’ experience within a similar role
- Excellent communication & document writing skills
- Ambitious and relentless to build world class ICT support
- Pro-active & customer centric attitude
- Team player
- Well organised
- Good working knowledge of English (written and spoken). Active knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
