Afin de renforcer notre équipe **Analytical Processes & Operations - Stability and Critical Material**, nous recherchons une personne talentueuse pour occuper le poste de **Stability and Critical Material Partner**, basé à Braine-l'Alleud, Belgique

**Raison d’être de la fonction**:
**SCOPE**
- NCE et NBE
- Matières critiques, library sample et études de stabilité de la phase III jusqu'à la fin du cycle de vie des produits

**NATURE**
- Fournir et développer le soutien opérationnel et administratif appliqué à la stabilité NBE (New biological Entities), NCE (New Chemical Entities), CM (Critical Material) et library sample.
- Assurer et participer, le cas échéant, à une interface efficace avec le QC et les laboratoires de développement, le département de fabrication et de chaîne d'approvisionnement.

**Tâches principals**:
**Operationnel**
- Suivi, réception et stockage des échantillons pour mise en stabilité, CM et library sample
- Création de protocole + cycle de vie
- Création de protocole et d'étude dans LIMS
- Création de rapport + cycle de vie
- Création et cycle de vie de COA (certificat d'analyse) pour les CM
- Gestion des CM dans LIMS
- Lancement de la stabilité
- Pulling quotidien des échantillons
- Pour les échantillons de stabilité, CM et library sample:

- Préparation, alicotage sous BSC (si relevant) et stockage
- Distribution interne
- Expédition au CLO ou aux clients
- Suivi des expéditions et résolution des problèmes
- Gestion de l'inventaire
- Suivi des résultats
- Gestion de COA
- Cycle de la vie
- Participer au projet d'amélioration
- Développer l'expertise LIMS.
- Participer à la résolution de déviations Trackwise (encodage, analyse d'impact, analyse appropriée des causes profondes, gestion et cloture de l'enquête).
- SAP (création et approbation de bon de commande, suivi et dépannage)
- Participer à l'établissement des budgets d'investissement et OPEX

**Qualité**
- S'assure d'avoir reçu et compris toutes les informations et instructions nécessaires à l'exécution des tâches avant de commencer le travail. Suit son programme de formation et s’assure d’avoir reçu à temps les formations nécessaires à sa fonction
- Rédige et respecte les documents GMP en vigueur et signale les écarts au Manager. Propose le cas échéant des solutions pour corriger le problème.
- S'assure que son training plan est à jour de manière quotidienne.
- Prépare et assiste des points d'audit/inspection

**Securité**
- Applique la politique de sécurité et d'hygiène de l'entreprise (accent mis sur la prévention des accidents)
- Informe le Responsable de tout accident ou incident, danger ou nuisance
- Effectue les actions correctives dans les délais convenus

**Suppléance**
- Le (la) titulaire du poste peut agir en tant que backup pour ses collègues directs ou pour le manager, en accord avec les instructions du manager et après avoir suivi une formation appropriée.

- Identifie de manière pro-active les formations jugées nécessaire pour assurer un bon déroulement de ses activités et pour acquérir des connaissances complémentaires

- Interagir avec la supply chain pour résoudre les problèmes d'approvisionnement technique pour les projets commerciaux et s'assurer que les documents de stabilité et de matériaux critiques sont conformes aux exigences des clients et aux réglementations.
- Travailler dans le monde entier avec les laboratoires QC (internes et externes), les départements de fabrication, les services analytiques, le développement.
- Externe:

- FDA, enquêteurs européens et japonais et scientifiques, délégués de l'USP, du PE et groupes d'intérêt de l'industrie pharmaceutique.
- Fournisseurs de matériaux (API, excipient, fermeture de conteneurs).
- Contracter des laboratoires d'analyses et cliniques.
- Interagir avec CLO / CMO pour des projets externalisés.
