On Monday you organize a hiring event for hosts because we open a new club shortly. On Tuesday you proactively seek a new Finance professional for HQ. Wednesday you hold interviews with several personal trainers, interested to join the leading fitness community. Just a few days from what could be your new agenda

**Your tasks**
- Collaborate closely with hiring club and HQ managers to gain a deep understanding of their recruitment needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, enabling them to quickly integrate into our organization.
- Provide coaching and guidance to the junior corporate recruiter, nurturing professional growth.

You:

- Minimum of 5 year’s experience, demonstrating your ability to attract and select top talent, preferably in a high-end consumer services, hotel or retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including effective sourcing strategies, excellent screening techniques, and interview methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Uphold a high level of integrity and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- A high interest in the dynamic fitness, health, and wellness industry.
