**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Management Intern to join our team and support the Production Supervisors in enforcing and monitoring quality and safety procedures. The Production Intern assists in providing immediate feedback and documenting any non-compliance.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical production environment, where you will learn about the intricacies of manufacturing, team management, and process optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Quality and Safety Compliance: Enforce and monitor adherence to quality and safety procedures. Assist in providing immediate feedback and documenting any non-compliance.
- Process Monitoring: Assist in monitoring the production schedule, processing safety, quality, and production KPI’s.
- Problem Solving: Assist in analysing production issues and proposing solutions, implementing them with the approval of the Production Manager and in line with quality guidelines.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team.

**What You Will Learn**:

- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production management.
- Insights into quality and safety regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Techniques for team leadership and personnel management.
- Cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Clear ambition to become a team leader in the future.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Fluent in French & English, Dutch is a plus.
