For one of our clients in Belgium, we are looking for a
**Senior Project Manager** to join our Team.

**Location**: Brussels

**Languages**: French and Dutch

**Employment Type**: Permanent or Freelance

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Context of the Mission**:
**Responsibilities.**
**As Project Manager**:
Manage and plan the project (or part of it) from start to finish in order to complete the project on time and on budget and in accordance with the department's specifications and guidelines.
Examples of tasks:

- Plan with the Portfolio Manager of the IT department, if necessary the execution and realization of projects (or parts thereof)
- Collaborate in the evaluation of projects-Identify risks and timing changes

**As **C**oordinator**:
Carry out the operational coordination and business planning of the execution of the project (or a part), taking into account the human and material resources allocated to the project (or part of it) in order to ensure effective execution of the project (or part of it) in collaboration with the IT department if necessary.
Examples of tasks:

- Develop the concrete planning and timing of the different phases
of the business project (or part of it)
- Monitor the execution of the project (or part of it) and ensure compliance with the project plan and the achievement of objectives in coordination with the IT department if necessary
- Report regularly to the Service Management on the progress of activities

**As an **A**nalyst**:
Analyze processes and data from different sources, according to the objectives to be achieved in order to redefine the processes related to the project (or part of it1), based on a thorough analysis of this information, or to develop new processes.
Examples of tasks:

- Collect statistics and compare information
- Analyze business needs as part of a project
- Write analytical notes on topics related to the project (or part of it)
- Identify information flows or work processes
- Map processes analysis
- Propose new or adapted processes, based on an in-depth analysis

**As a contact person**:
Fill the role of contact person for the project (or part of it) in order to transmit to the various interested parties information on the content and progress of the project (or part of it)
Examples of tasks:

- Transmit 'templates', lists of questions, etc.
- Write monitoring documents and publications for the project (or part of it)
- Give explanations to internal and external customers
- Give feedback to field actors
- Answer questions from internal and external customers
- Facilitate links with the internal or external IT project manager.
- Play the relay of the Service

**As an **A**dvisor**:
Provide technical advice and develop solutions in a specific area of knowledge in order to support operational or strategic decisions with well-founded advice, taking into account the means (human, budgetary, etc.) available.
Examples of tasks:

- Carry out feasibility studies
- Ensure the coordination and execution of business analyses on which the implementation of projects (or parts thereof) are based-Evaluate the solutions selected on the business level in connection with the technical solution
- Give technical advice in his field of expertise

**As an ISO27001/GDPR Knowledge Manager**:
Fulfill the role of contact person for the central DPO in order to transmit to the various interested parties information on the content of information security.
Examples of tasks:

- Give support to the service in the management of analyses related to information security
- Follow the central meetings organized by the DPO and take the necessary actions in the department
- Be able to provide support during audits
- Follow refresher training
- Give info-sessions in the department related to updates

**Asset**
- 2 years' experience or certification/degree in accounting and/or payments
