**Deze functie ondersteunt CNHI's Harvesting Innovation Engineering activiteiten.**

**Leiden en uitvoeren van innovatieprojecten in verband met automatisering van oogstprocessen, verbetering van de productiviteit en efficiëntie van oogstmachines, met de nadruk op maaidorsers. Opstellen en voltooien van ontwerpen en systeemarchitecturen, ontwerpbeoordelingen, FMEA, testplan. Ontwikkeling van prototypesoftware en prestatiecontrole op de voertuigen, waarbij zo nodig testprocedures en corrigerende maatregelen worden vastgesteld.**

**Reizen om product
- en functionele ervaring op te doen, plannen en deelnemen aan de evaluatie van conceptsystemen in het veld. Verantwoordelijk voor het bijhouden van het projectlogboek voor toegewezen taken en werken met het team door de ontwikkelings
- en implementatiefase om de timing te halen.**

**Communiceren met het engineeringteam om het onderling samenhangende ontwerp te coördineren en de voltooiing van het project te waarborgen.**

**Deze functie rapporteert aan de Harvesting Innovation Manager, maar werkt nauw samen met verschillende Ag Product Platforms en het technologische innovatieteam.**

**Profil**:
**Uw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:
**. Werk als Harvesting Innovation teamlid door innovatieve, functionele functies en systemen te ontwikkelen die inspelen op toekomstige Platformbehoeften. Een grote mate van onafhankelijk denken is vereist om nieuwe ideeën te genereren met focus op data aquisiton meestal met behulp van Labview.**

**. Ontwerpen en uitvoeren van installaties en ondersteunen van gegevensverwerving voor de testvloot van de innovatiegroepen.**

**. Organiseren, uitvoeren en beheren van testplannen voor het testen van innovatieconcepten.**

**. Begeleiden van stagiaires van de universiteit voor die activiteiten die verband houden met de projecten en nieuwe onderzoeken waarbij de kandidaat direct betrokken is.**

**. Beoordelen en begrijpen van technologieën en trends die de productplannen op middellange en lange termijn zullen beïnvloeden.**

**. Ideeën delen voor voortdurende verbeteringen aan de Ag-producten en aan best practices voor het team (tool, elektronisch ontwerp en controleaanpak, sensorselectie, documentformaat).**

**. Competentie en de wens om expert te worden en te blijven in zijn/haar technologiedomein**

**Uw belangrijkste competenties en kwalificaties**:
**. MS in Mechanical / Agricultural / Electrical Engineering**

**. Ervaring met de ontwikkeling van betrouwbare data-acquisitiesystemen, met name Labview, Matlab en Python toolsets.**

**. Kennis van mechanisch ontwerp, controlesystemen, sensortoepassing, gegevensverzameling en -analyse, softwareontwikkeling.**

**. In staat om zelfstandig te werken.**

**. Gemakkelijk in teamverband kunnen werken.**

**. Bereidheid om te reizen en deel te nemen aan evaluaties in het buitenland.**

**. Enthousiasme voor landbouwmachines, in het bijzonder voor oogstwerkzaamheden.**

**. Ervaring met de vereisten en de werking van terreinmachines.
