For our site in Ghent, we are looking for logistics clerk to act as an operational and administrative force. You are responsible for the smooth running of the daily business incoming and outgoing goods. You will also manage your own customer warehouse where you will act as a control tower.

Your range of duties:

- Careful administrative monitoring of operations in our warehouse.
- Responsibility for order and stock management of goods, so that the location of all goods in the warehouse is always known.
- First point of contact for our customers and suppliers.
- Management of own customer portfolio and where you are responsible for invoicing, payments and contract management of these customers.
- Reception of drivers and correct collection and processing of various documents.
- Contact for internal colleagues regarding damage cases and other irregularities.
- Supporting and standing in for colleagues where necessary and reporting clearly to the site manager.
- Acting as a central person for our customers in the development of projects. You will gather information, work out new processes and create business development rates together. Together with the business development team, you bring these projects to a successful conclusion and satisfy our customers.

- Bachelor's degree or an A2 level with relevant work experience.
- Responsibility to learn about stock management, handling and storage techniques.
- Experience in the logistics sector is a plus.
- Excellent administrative skills and experience in processing various documents.
- Fluent modeling and written communication in Dutch and English.
- French is a plus, as well as other Eastern European languages are an asset.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to act quickly and efficiently.
- Willingness to take responsibility and show initiative in carrying out tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prioritising and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
