- **Project Manager Fire & Security**: Processes & Infrastructure - Electromechanical
Voor een klant in Groot-Bijgaarden zoeken wij een gedreven project manager Fire & Security om ons Pauwels Consulting team te vervoegenJe ondersteunt een team van field engineers, en werkt samen met andere projectmanagers. De projecten gaan vooral over het uitvoeren van installatieprojecten binnen fire & security bij verschillende klanten.Jouw takenpakket:
- Je beheert volledige dossiers, zowel technisch als commercieel en financieel
- Je staat in voor het administratieve deel van het project: formulieren, beschrijving van het systeem, systeemlayout, gebruikerstraining, opvolging, etc
- Je stimuleert, coördineert, motiveert en ondersteunt de medewerkers die bij het project betrokken zijn
- Je stelt de planning op en zorgt ervoor dat deze gerespecteerd wordt
- Je zorgt voor de communicatie tussen de betrokken partijen, deelt de nodige informatie en stelt optimale technische oplossingen voor
- In het kader van de aan jou opgedragen projecten ben je aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgever, ontwerpbureau, architect, onderaannemers, etc
- Budgetbewaking en kwaliteitscontrole behoren ook tot uw verantwoordelijkheden, evenals de analyse van wijzigingsverzoeken
- Je zorgt voor een goede coördinatie en overdracht van het dossier aan de dienst na verkoop zodat deze het systeem kan onderhouden
- Ten slotte zorg je voor een regelmatige en gestructureerde rapportage van het project om mogelijke problemen te voorkomen
- Je rapporteert aan de Manager Installaties F&S
- Referentienummer (65492)
**Wat zoeken wij?**
**Wij zoeken een junior projectmanager met een eerste ervaring in elektromechanica of elektronica.
- Integreert zich gemakkelijk in de bestaande organisatie, legt gemakkelijk contacten (netwerk), is leergierig, pro actief en communicatief sterk
- Heeft bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in elektronica of elektromechanica en affiniteit met fire/security en/of IT toepassingen
- Tweetalig FR/NL is een plus
