**JUNIOR ONLINE MARKETEER**

Vlerick is a school, but it is run as a company, aligned with the high standards we foster in our different programmes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven **Junior Online Marketeer **to join our **Post-experience Degree Programmes** (MBA & DBA) team

**The job**

As Junior online marketeer you will be involved in the roll out & execution of the different marketing plans for our MBA and DBA programmes. By performing a variety of tasks you contribute to the team’s mission to generate qualitative leads for our MBA and DBA programmes (for executives and experienced managers) and maximise conversion.
- Set up and manage online advertising campaigns. You monitor the results of our online campaigns and continuously optimize in order to maximize ROI.
- Set up landing pages for online campaigns, in close cooperation with our digital campaign manager.
- Increase our traffic through SEO.
- Initiate and analyse automated flows for lead nurturing & conversion.
- Assist MBA & DBA colleagues in web related matters, in close cooperation with the web master.
- Are responsible for putting content on our programmes online (events, white papers,) and promote them.
- Are responsible for reports and dashboards on the ROI of online advertising for the MBA & DBA programmes and linking it to the department's KPIs and business objectives.
- Create an integrated online marketing strategy together with our marketing manager.
- Follow up on the latest trends in online marketing, benchmark and update our approach.
- Summarize learning lessons and share best practices with colleagues.

**You**
- Are an analytical digital native and are passionate about online marketing, performance marketing, lead generation and lead conversion. You are eager to deliver top notch online experiences.
- Have a proven track record of working with high volume campaigns in Google Ads, Google Display, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram Ads)and LinkedIn Ads (1 to 2 years). Experience with more advertising platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, Bing Ads, Pinterest etc.) is an asset.
- Have an in-depth understanding of GA4 (regular expressions, attribution,), Google Data Studio, Google Tag manager, Google Search console and are familiar with A/B testing.
- Have experience with CRM reporting (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics etc.) or other reporting tools.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Dutch is an asset.
- Have commercial flair and are results driven.
- Have relevant, hands-on online marketing experience. Experience in working in an agency, in working with marketing automation software and/or having knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
- Have a genuine interest in technology and new tools.
- Are eager to join forces with the Digital Campaign Manager, with online marketing colleagues from other business units and you love to share knowledge and ideas.
- Have a proactive, flexible, and entrepreneurial attitude and can work autonomously.
