Our client is looking for a new colleague for the position of Team Lead Contracting in Corporate & Real Estate department
**Description**
- Managing the team of contract administrators, with respect to the distribution, execution and realization of their tasks, which you will also perform yourself;
- Ensuring that the team of contract administrators provides the optimal service to the account managers, BNPPF and the clients;
- Prepare/review contracts and quotes;
- Follow up notarized deeds;
- Administrative follow-up of current leasing contracts;
- Follow up on relevant legal, tax and VAT legislation and inform colleagues on this via presentations;
- Participating in commercial meetings & meetings with internal and external experts on tax and legal related topics.

**Profile**
- You obtained a master's degree in Law;
- You have relevant experience
- You are communicative both orally and in writing in Dutch and French. Extension with English and/or German is a plus;
- You are accurate and analytical;
- You have a keen eye for detail;
- You can formulate to the point advice;
- You are a team player and eager to learn;
- You have a commercial attitude;
- Plus point: you have knowledge of (real estate) leasing.
