**What you will be doing**

The strategy of Battery Recycling Solution is to build the value chain together with external partners. The purpose and responsibility of the **Program manager Value Chain** is to manage and coordinate the program to develop and build a cost-efficient future value chain for Battery Recycling.

More detailed responsibilities:

- Take the lead in the coordination, consolidation and integration of outcomes of sub-projects within the program management to evolve towards the set-up of the future value chain for Battery Recycling. Report on status and next steps towards Steering Committee.
- Lead the manager value chain partners to explore and set-up LT partnerships with value chain players. Develop the business plan together with internal teams and perform cost benchmarking
- Lead and coordinate supporting technical and digitalisation projects.

You will be located in **Hoboken** or **Brussels.**

**Who we are looking for**
- University Master degree in business, engineering
- Validated working experience (>7years), in a B2B environment, in a role leading cross-functional projects, preferably with a background and expertise in setting up supply chain/value chain/logistic network
- Knowledge of Li-ion batteries and/or the automotive industry is a plus
- Strong project management, organizing, planning and coordination skills
- Proven track record in encouraging effective teamwork and motivating staff in a matrix structure
- Good presentation skills and confidence presenting to senior management
- Great teammate with the ability to translate sophisticated messages in an easy and structured way
- Good problem solving skills and solid decision making capacities
- Easy connecting and have open communication style both with internal as well as external stakeholders on all organisational levels
- Capable of handling several priorities under time restraint and meet deadlines
- Committed to results
