Introductie
IT-Planet is een gespecialiseerd informatica projectsourcing bedrijf, gelegen te Gent. We zijn actief bij diverse grote klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende ICT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team van 180 medewerkers te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Tester **om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.

Functie
- Met ondersteuning van product owner en IT Application Manager een testplan en testscenario schrijven of aanpassen op basis van bestaande functionaliteiten en software en nieuwe functionaliteiten.
- Doe een aanbeveling over de uit te voeren tests (bijvoorbeeld over niet-regressietests) op basis van Acceptatiecriteria gedefinieerd in User Stories
- Selecteer in afstemming met het team de testgevallen die in een geautomatiseerde testsuite moeten worden opgenomen.
- Voer de tests uit op basis van zelfgeschreven of reeds bestaande testplannen/testscenario’s
- Log formeel de issues/work items binnen een test tracking tool (Microsoft Team Foundation Service TFS) en leg indien nodig het issue uit aan de ontwikkelaars.
- Maak periodieke teststatusrapportage, op basis van het testplan.
- Maak integratietesten tussen de verschillende applicatie
- De tester is verantwoordelijk voor het geven van de “Go” aan het team om van de testomgeving naar de acceptatieomgeving te deployen en zal elke bug die gevonden wordt in de acceptatie
- of productieomgeving moeten overwegen (en reproduceren in de test).
- Deel uitmaken van een agile scrumteam en deelnemen aan de ceremonies ervan
- De definitie van de teststrategie binnen het team ondersteunen
- Definieer de structuur van de testgevallen
- De functionele analyse vertalen naar testgevallen
- In staat om testautomatisering op te nemen binnen continue integratie
- Testen uitvoeren en defecten loggen wanneer nodig
- Uitvoeren van integratietesten en loggen van defecten wanneer nodig
- Follow-up van het oplossen van defecten
- Rapportage aan de projectmanager ontwerpen en uitvoeren (specificatie, uitvoering & defecten)
Functie-eisen
- Ten minste 5 jaar ervaring als tester.
- Ervaring met testautomatisering is een must. RobotFramework wordt een standaard in Elia, ervaring hiermee is dus een pluspunt.
- Ervaring om te werken binnen een Agile/Scrum team is een must.
- Goede kennis van een testmethodologie.
- Ervaring met SQL queries (MS SQL Server).
- Ervaring met web services, REST API en gebruik van XML en JSON bestanden.
- Kennis van testtools gebaseerd op.NET, basiskennis van.NET en SQL is een voordeel.
- IT-mindset: in staat om gemakkelijk te leren en zich aan te passen aan nieuwe technische omgevingen en/of nieuwe tools. Deze goede IT-achtergrond is ook belangrijk om de IT-kwesties te begrijpen wanneer deze door de ontwikkelaars worden uitgelegd en om testsuites te schrijven met flow tussen de verschillende API’s.
- Kennis van EN is een must (alle teksten worden in het Engels geschreven en de standaardtaal van het team is Engels).
- Kennis van FR en/of NL is een waardevolle troef.
