Le Business Analyst sera intégré au sein de l'équipe produit "Procurement" du chapitre Corporate Business Analyst chez notre client. La mission principale consiste à optimiser les processus Purchase to Pay (P2P) et la gestion des stocks en développant des solutions digitales efficaces et automatisées pour atteindre l'excellence en matière d'approvisionnement.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Améliorer continuellement les processus métier et les modules liés à la gestion des matériaux et autres domaines de l'approvisionnement.
- Collaborer avec le business pour analyser, décrire, et valider les besoins métiers, y compris la modélisation des processus et des informations.
- Fournir un support de deuxième ligne pour l'équipe d'approvisionnement, en particulier sur les workflows d'approbation dans les processus P2P.
- Identifier et analyser les bugs dans le système et proposer des solutions correctives.
- Formuler et valider les user stories et définir les critères d'acceptation basés sur les besoins métiers.
- Valider les spécifications techniques et participer aux tests et processus d'acceptation.
- Collaborer efficacement avec d'autres départements tout en tenant compte de l'ensemble des processus pour assurer la meilleure stratégie d'entreprise.
- Préparer et animer des ateliers et formations pour les utilisateurs.
- Participer à l'amélioration continue de la méthodologie des analystes business au sein de l'organisation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Business Analyst dans le domaine des achats (Procurement).
- Expérience des processus P2P indispensable.
- Expérience dans l'environnement SAP MM (connaissance de SAP SRM, Ariba, BI, et S4/HANA est un atout).
- Compétences analytiques solides pour interpréter les données et formuler des recommandations.
- Connaissance des outils de modélisation des processus (BPMN, UML).
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe dans un environnement agile.
- Connaissance de Jira est un plus.

**Langues**:

- Niveau C1 en français, néerlandais ou allemand.
- Niveau C1 en anglais.
