Backoffice Administrator

To strengthen our team in Sint-Job-in-’t-Goor we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Backoffice/Project Administrator. Your responsibilities will include order processing and further follow-up of projects in close contact with customers.

**Job description**:

- You are part of the local Operations team
- You are responsible for the preparation and administrative follow-up of sales and purchase orders
- You follow up large and long-term projects from A to Z
- You hold periodic calls/meetings with customers, as well as with your team internally
- You coordinate the distribution of materials according to the planning of customers
- You take care of the further processing of offers and work closely with the Sales team
- You support the purchase coordinator and the central Procurement team
- You contribute to and work according to the guidelines and objectives of the Backoffice/Project team
- Management and control of information input into SAP B1
- You will work from our office in Sint-Job-in-’t-Goor

**Profile**:

- You have a bachelor/graduate degree, or equivalent through experience
- You have a good knowledge of MS Excel & Office 365
- Languages: Dutch, French and English, German is a plus
- You work accurately and are customer-friendly
- You have experience with SAP B1
- You are dynamic, with a hands-on mentality, analytical and willing to learn
- You take initiative and are able to work independently, but you are also a real team player
