**Description du poste**:

- « Start/Mass (Maison d’Accueil Socio-Sanitaire) est un centre extrahospitalier ambulatoire à bas seuil qui dépend de l’intercommunale ISOSL (Intercommunale des Soins Spécialisés Liégeois)._
- Nous poursuivons des objectifs généraux de santé publique, d’accès à la santé pour tous et d’amélioration de la qualité de vie au bénéfice d’un public d’usagers de drogues particulièrement déficitaires et marginalisés._
- Le projet Start, c’est aussi une unité mobile (e-bis) qui développe un programme d’échange de seringues en différents endroits du centre-ville de Liège._
- Ce programme vise à réduire les conséquences négatives liées aux comportements à risques (transmission du VIH/sida et des hépatites, infections,) »_

START/MASS recherche à compléter son équipe et recrute un Educateur Spécialisé A1.

**Profil recherché**:

- Vous disposez d’un bachelier d’éducateur spécialisé A1
- Connaissances au plan de la prévention des comportements à risque liés à l’usage des drogues
- Connaissance du Réseau local d’aide et de soins de première et deuxième ligne (institutions et services spécialisés dans l’accueil et l’accompagnement d’usagers de drogues précarisés)
- Intérêt pour les aspects psychosociaux de l’intervention auprès d’usagers de drogues marginalisés.
- Polyvalence et disponibilité
- Gestion du stress
- Concevoir et gérer des projets d’intervention en exploitant le travail en réseau.
- Capacité à entrer facilement en contact avec les usagers (être empathique tout en gardant une bonne distance thérapeutique)
