**Functieomschrijving**:
Vous travaillerez au sein de la division Network Engineering & Operations. Vous travaillez dans la partie centre-ouest de la Wallonie, vous réalisez les installations, la maintenance et le dépannage des différents équipements utilisés dans notre réseau accès, clients Corporate, notre réseau backbone & mobile. Vous réalisez la connectivité (provisioning) et la maintenance (repair) des différentes technologies simples et complexes dans notre réseau mais aussi des équipements finaux chez le client. Cela de manière professionnelle et efficace, en respectant le planning et en veillant à la satisfaction optimale du client interne ou externe.

Contenu du poste:
En tant que Field Optical Technician, vous réalisez l’installation des différents équipements utilisés dans notre réseau d’accès, clients Corporate, notre réseau backbone et mobile conformément aux prescriptions reprises dans les ordres de travail. Vous respectez les règles d’installations documentées dans nos procédures. Vous êtes capable de comprendre et d’interpréter, ou d’apprendre les bases de données utilisées pour notre documentation (ITR, ISIS,). Vous assurez la maintenance et les réparations sur ces mêmes équipements.

Vous exercez vos activités dans nos bâtiments (LEX) ainsi que dans nos ROP (armoires de rue). Toutes vos interventions doivent être réalisées en respectant scrupuleusement toutes les règles de sécurité. Dans ce cadre, vous êtes certifiés VCA et BA4.

Vous exercez aussi vos activités d’installation ou de réparation dans le réseau mobile.

Vous participez également au service de garde (7/7 - 24/24) ainsi qu’aux travaux planifiés en dehors des heures de service.

Vous êtes capable de gérer un projet d’installation complexe en collaboration avec vos collègues.

Vous réalisez les raccordements complexes des lignes à haut débit sur liaison optique dans le respect du planning établi. Vous analysez en profondeur les problèmes et prenez les initiatives appropriées afin de trouver une solution pour satisfaire le client. Vous êtes capable de prendre le leadership d’un projet en termes de coordination et de suivi. Vous veillez à une communication dynamique et proactive avec le client tout en respectant les rendez-vous fixés avec lui.

Gestion des pannes (réparations en journée + service de garde), travaux planifiés
- Vous localisez les pannes de fibres optiques.
- Vous préparez les travaux planifiés.
- Vous êtes résistant au stress dans de telles situations et prenez les décisions nécessaires. Si possible, vous réparez vous-même la panne ou effectuez les travaux planifiés. Si d’autres parties interviennent, vous coordonnez les travaux.
- Vous réalisez vous-même des activités de construction pour les projets de réseau, les raccordements professionnels des clients, l’implémentation de site mobile, migration de client et toutes activités de maintenance de notre réseau
- Vous supervisez l’exécution des travaux dans la chaîne de construction (“clé en main” - entrepreneur).

Profil
- Vous êtes certifié VOL-VCA ou êtes prêt à l’obtenir rapidement.
- Vous êtes certifié BA4 ou êtes prêt à l’obtenir rapidement.
- Avoir le GOF4 est un atout.
- La technologie est votre passion.

- Vous êtes capable de résoudre des problèmes à distance, sur le terrain et de défendre votre point de vue..

- Vous possédez un permis de conduire B.
- Vous savez lire des plans.
- Vous êtes intègre.
- Vous êtes apte à fonctionner comme auditeur de qualité et de sécurité (contrôleur) et capable d’expliquer aux entrepreneurs sur le terrain la bonne manière de travailler (pédagogue).
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l’informatique.
- Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe.
- Connaître le néerlandais est fort apprécié
- Se débrouiller en Anglais est un atout
