**Functie**:
Als technical trainer zal je vanuit de standplaats in Vorst en decentraal in andere regio’s verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ontwikkelen, plannen, voorbereiden en geven van technische trainingen teneinde de competenties van onze collega’s te verbeteren.

Je verantwoordelijken zien er als volgt uit:

- Samen met de andere technical trainers denk je kritisch na over de technische trainingen die ontwikkeld moeten worden en die beantwoorden aan de toekomstige behoeften van onze collega’s;
- Het voorbereiden van deze technische trainingen, het ontwikkelen van didactisch materiaal dat aangepast is aan de leervorm;
- Samen met je manager en collega technical trainer, analyseer en bespreek je de jaarlijkse opleidingsbehoeften en bekijk je eveneens kritisch het huidig aanbod technische trainingen;
- Je zorgt er voor dat de opleidingen efficiënt ingepland worden en je verzorgt de opvolging van je opleidingen (aanwezigheden, evaluaties, );
- Continu up-to-date houden van de eigen kennis alsook de impact van toekomstige technologieën op het trainingsaanbod analyseren;
- Optreden als expert naar de andere departementen (wegendienst en de centrale) in verband met technische kennis die voor hen van toepassing is.
