**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- We are looking for a
- **Junior Associate** with a keen interest in
- **corporate law and M&A** to join our team in
- **Zaventem**.You will work together with a team of dedicated lawyers to assist clients with legal issues related to:
- corporate law
- mergers - demergers
- acquisitions
- corporate governance
- corporate compliance
- legal due diligence
- restructuring and joint ventures
- You will be involved in a broad range of projects and provide a wide scope of legal services to our national and international clients.You will attend meetings with clients and maintain strong relationships with them.**Skills & Qualifications**:

- You (will soon) hold a master degree in law with a focus on corporate law.
- An additional qualification in corporate law or an international experience is an asset.
- A first professional experience in a law firm (e.g. an internship) is an asset.
- You are eager to learn and you have the ambition to excel in this legal field.
- You have strong analytical and writing skills.
- You speak French and are fluent in English. A good command of Dutch is an asset.
- You are a real team player.
