GIMBER is the new “kick on the block”, as well as a fast-growing company that is making its spicy way through the zero-proof market.

Tired of the same old wine-drenched parties, Dimitri gave birth to GIMBER in November 2017 in his home kitchen. After months of digging for the perfect combination that would spice up his taste buds without making his head spin.

A crazy amount of premium ginger, water and good vibes later GIMBER came to its official existence for you to dip your days & nights in the powerful bite it never fails to deliver.

To embody their kicking growth mindset, on a national and international scale, we are currently recruiting a Marketing Director.

**Job description**:
As Marketing Director you are accountable for the overall Marketing Strategy, in line with the strategic business objectives of the company:

- You will set up and lead GIMBER’s marketing activities, across national & international markets and channels, with a strong emphasis on Brand Management & Trade Activation, E-commerce, Digital Marketing and Product Management.
- As a seasoned people manager you are able to build, shape, guide and empower strong and effective teams.
- You increase the impact and efficiency of all marketing investments, driving top
- & bottom line growth, through fact-based marketing.
- You will translate the Marketing Strategy into a tangible marketing calendar with clear goals and action plans.
- You secure and improve internal business alignment with all key stakeholders.
- The Marketing Director will be part of GIMBER’s leadership team, with a direct reporting line to the CEO, and directly manages a team of 8 FTE’s.

**Profile**:

- You combine a Master background with a strong and international experience as Marketing Director.
- Experience within a fast paced industry such as Food or FMCG is required combined with experience in both large and small to medium sized companies.
- Strong project management experience with a solid stakeholder management skillset.
- Experienced people manager able to empower, coach, motivate, strengthen and activate your team.
- You gained a strong Brand Management & Trade Activation experience throughout your career and have a solid overall experience with E-commerce, Digital Marketing and Product Management.
- Fluency in Dutch and English. French is an asset.
- GIMBER is a scale-up: dynamic, impulsive, challenging and sometimes chaotic. Therefor we are looking for a Marketing Director who feels comfortable within this context while securing additional structure.
- In order to secure the culture fit with the GIMBER tribe we are looking for a hands-on, down-to-earth, entrepreneurial personality.
