**Position**:
As part of the integration of DUMAPLAST by the GERFLOR group and to respond to a strong increase in supply chain missions, we are recruiting a **SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (F/H).**

Your role will be to manage all operations to meet customer demand with the best quality of service while integrating internal and supplier industrial constraints: customer order management, production planning, MP and component supply, monitoring stock levels, physical reception and dispatch operations, transport chartering.

You will be responsible for the supply chain for the Maldegem and Battice sites.

In this context, your missions will be the following:

- The role will involve the development of a team of experts in the area of production planning, production planning, stock control, physical receiving and shipping operations, and transport chartering, as well as the development of a team of experts in the area of production planning.
- Manage supplies and place POs: "decorative films", "wear layer" and semi-finished products to supply the factories
- Ensure that this plan is respected. Negotiate transport purchase conditions, in relation with the central Supply Chain buyer.
- Monitor with the transporters the correct routing of goods from end to end from suppliers and for customer deliveries.
- Ensure storage capacities and their permanent optimisation.
- Manage the physical flows to the machining subcontractor.
- Manage the Supply Chain side of range changes, by being integrated into "product projects" and "process projects" from project launch to the launch phase in relation with the marketing, R&D, production and purchasing departments.

**Requirements**:
You have a strong background in industrial planning, supplier sourcing and shipping.

Your managerial skills are well proven.

You will be able to manage projects, lead change, and work across departments. This will be a major asset to ensure your success in this position.

You are fluent in the following languages: Dutch / English / French as well as logistics IS (ERP, CAPM, stock and transport planning tool, Excel,...)
