**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Opvolgen en implementeren van het 2024 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Action Plan met een focus op genderevenwicht, 50+ en het vergroten van het bewustzijn van DEI.
- Samenwerken met de leidinggevenden van de HR-afdeling om diversiteitsgerelateerde activiteiten en initiatieven te coördineren.
- Themadagen organiseren om het bewustzijn te vergroten en diversiteit en inclusie binnen het bedrijf (LGBTQIA+, etnische minderheden, 50+, mensen met een handicap) te bevorderen.
- Bijdragen aan de voorbereiding van trainingen voor het topmanagement en vakbonden over diversiteit en inclusie.
- Coördinatie van de enquête over diversiteit, gelijkheid en inclusie, met name door contacten te onderhouden met externe dienstverleners.
- Communicatiestrategieën ontwerpen en implementeren om de enquête te promoten en een optimale deelname te garanderen.
- De resultaten van de enquête analyseren en rapporten voorbereiden om aan het topmanagement en de vakbonden te presenteren.
**Kwalificaties**:
- Sterke interesse in kwesties op het gebied van diversiteit, gelijkheid en inclusie.
- Het vermogen om zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken.
- Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
- Uitstekende beheersing van PowerPoint.
