Het Paleis voor Schone Kunsten (Bozar) is een toonaangevend cultureel centrum in het hart van Europa. Een multidisciplinair programma van tentoonstellingen, concerten, films, voorstellingen, conferenties en festivals combineert cultureel erfgoed en creativiteit met wereldculturen en de jongste artistieke ontwikkelingen in ons land. Als één van de twee belangrijkste pijlers van het artistieke project van Bozar, wordt het muziekseizoen ontwikkeld in het hart van een multidisciplinair en crossdisciplinair huis en draagt zo rechtstreeks bij tot de unieke identiteit van Bozar in Europa.
Als Production Supervisor Music ben je verantwoordelijk voor de productie van het geheel der activiteiten van Bozar Music. Je vervult deze opdracht samen met een team Production Officers waarvan je de dagelijks coördinatie op je neemt. Je rapporteert aan de Head of Music - Strategy, Artistic Planning and Production.
- Je volgt, met je team Production Officers, de productie van events van A tot Z op. Dit kan, maar is niet beperkt, gaan van het optimaliseren van de planning, het beheren van de zaalplannen tot organisatie van de events de dag zelf,
- Je bent de voornaamste interne tussenpersoon tussen het artistieke departement en de operationele departementen. Vanuit die hoedanigheid ben je lid van een aantal interne overlegstructuren.
- Je zorgt er voor dat de activiteiten in de beste omstandigheden verlopen en binnen de afgesproken budgettaire kaders.
- Je leidt dagdagelijks een team van Production Officers, maakt ook hun planning op en je streeft ernaar de werking te optimaliseren.
- Je volgt ter plaatse het goede verloop van het evenement op en neemt organisatorische maatregelen als dit nodig is.
- Je superviseert het onthaal van artiesten en coördineert de kwaliteit van de gastvrijheid van de teams van Bozar Music.
**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een professionele ervaring van minstens 8 jaar, bij voorkeur in de organisatie van artistieke evenementen: concerten, voorstellingen, tentoonstellingen, etc.
- Bijkomende ervaring op het gebied van capteren van events, multimedia en technische regie is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt ervaring in het leiding geven.
- Je bent perfect tweetalig NL/FR, met zeer goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je bent contactvaardig, klantgericht, een uitstekend organisator en een teamspeler.
- Je bent geduldig en kunt snel praktische oplossingen vinden.
- Je bent stressbestendig en weet hoe om te gaan met perioden van hoge druk
- Je bent flexibel en bereid om regelmatig ‘s avonds en tijdens het weekend te werken
