**Guide us through our digital journey**
Join our international digital teams on our Graduate Programme in one of our three divisions - IMI Precision, IMI Critical and IMI Hydronic Engineering - and gain unique technology experience. One of your rotations while on our programme may be in Growth Hub, our innovation engine. You’ll be collaborating with our customers and third parties while learning about our ecosystem and developing up-to-the-minute digital solutions. By the end of the programme, you’ll have all the skills needed to grow in your digital career. Spend two years running and supporting in several areas, on tasks including:
- Deploying digital technology within our manufacturing and product development process
- Analysing data to provide valuable insight for our business and customers
- Engaging with our ecosystem to understand what it takes to drive successful digital transformation
- Learning how to implement successful transformation projects throughout an international business
**What you need**
- A fresh, innovative approach
- Open to new and varied experiences
- Excellent organisation with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Positive approach and drive to develop
- Fluent in written and spoken local language
