As **Data & Analytics Manager,** you will lead the development and execution of our data strategy, ensuring the alignment with the company's strategic goals**. **This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders and a practical approach to evolving our data architecture from its current state to its future desired state.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and refine the organization's Data & Analytics strategy, ensuring it supports the overall business objectives.
- Design and oversee the implementation of a future-oriented data architecture that is scalable, secure, and efficient.
- Create a comprehensive roadmap for the Data & Analytics strategy, detailing milestones, timelines, and resources required.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish and enforce data ownership, governance policies, and data quality standards.
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of data warehouse, data lake, and other data management platforms to ensure high data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
- Lead cross-functional projects to integrate new data sources, deploy new analytics tools, and enhance the organization's data literacy and analytical capabilities.
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making by enhancing data literacy across the organization through training and support for non-technical staff.
- Monitor and measure the performance of data and BI initiatives against the organization's strategic goals, ensuring they deliver value and a positive ROI.
- Stay informed of industry trends and technological advancements in data management and analytics, recommending investments in new technologies or methodologies as appropriate.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Data & Analytics management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective Data & Analytics strategies.
- Master degree in Information Technology, Economics or related field
- Deep knowledge of the Azure data stack and familiarity with SAP is preferred.
- Knowledge of OSIsoft PI is a plus
- Strong foundation in project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 and Agile, is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous or under-defined problems with a proactive "can do" work ethic, coupled with effective time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
