We are looking for a **Global Financial Benefits Specialist** to join the Team. The role can be based out of Brussels, Belgium, London, UK or Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

**Positon Overview**:
**Position Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary strategy focal for international retirement and financial wellbeing benefits
- Plan, recommend and implement international retirement strategy initiatives within the Boeing retirement and financial benefits programs
- Collaborate with Total Rewards Partner and HR Services regional focals to ensure international benefit offerings remain competitive within each country and are compliant with local laws
- Develop and maintain multi-year plan of key strategic international retirement strategy initiatives
- Develop and maintain partnerships with other internal functional areas such as Legal/Compliance, Benefit Operations, HR Services, Communications, Well-Being and TR Partners to ensure integration and an effective roll-out of key strategic international benefits initiatives
- Work closely with consultants to oversee international retirement benefits strategy and identify new opportunities using analytic tools
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and monitor international consulting budget for international retirement plans
- Provide benefits support and analysis for M&A and other subsidiary harmonization/integration projects
- Support RFPs (competitive bids) for various international retirement and financial wellbeing benefits

**Basic Skills and Qualifications**:

- Expertise in developing and implementing strategic recommendations related to international benefits
- Deep understanding of employee benefits issues/trends in at least one key international region (Europe, Asia or Middle East)
- Experience working with international benefit vendors, consultants and provider systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required
- Ability to gather, examine, and interpret information from different sources to generate effective solutions to problems and make sound business decisions; generates alternate approaches to solving problems when needed;
- Ability to generate and implement new and useful ideas; ideas reflect 'thinking outside the box'; explores alternatives;
- Strong PowerPoint skills
