**Job description & verantwoordelijkheden**
- Onze huidige **project management methode** blijven verbeteren. We hebben een PM-methode ontwikkeld om onze projecten zo vlot mogelijk te laten verlopen, maar durf deze te challengen. We geloven dat ons project management voortdurend moet worden uitgedaagd en geoptimaliseerd om efficiëntie te verhogen.
- **Taakbeheer**. Elk project ontleden en in kaart brengen zodat het team weet hoe het "wat & wanneer" voor elk project te beantwoorden - dit binnen de tijd/scope/budget van het project.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de **communicatie** tussen alle betrokken partijen. Je bent in staat om vooruit te kijken en mogelijke red flags te op tijd te signaleren, zodat het team meer kans heeft om zijn doelstellingen te bereiken.
- **Briefing en communicatie**. Je faciliteert de dagelijkse huddles, & wekelijkse of maandelijkse vergaderingen. Ook evalueer je regelmatig projecten met zowel collega's als klanten
- "hoe gaat het? Hoe kunnen we verbeteren?”
- **Capaciteitsplan**. Beheren en plannen van de capaciteit (tijd) van het team.
- **Rapporteren** over tevredenheid van zowel klanten als het intern team. Je rapporteert ook over de rentabiliteit van lopende en voorbije projecten.
**About you**
- 2+ jaar ervaring als projectmanager (ervaring bij een agency is een pluspunt)
- Je bent thuis in de wereld van marketing en kent alle succesfactoren van een sterke campagne.
- Altijd geïnteresseerd zijn in het verbeteren van workflows, deze in kaart brengen en het team helpen de workflows te begrijpen en te volgen
- Je zet graag je schouders onder groeiende succesverhalen. **Teamwork makes the dream work**
- Je hebt een **growth** **mindset** en brainstormt graag naar manieren om workflows en projectmanagement te verbeteren.
- Je bent sterk in communicatie, timemanagement en organisatie
- Je durft jezelf uitdagen en staat open voor groei
- Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels
