Rôle : Business et Analyste Fonctionnel - ServiceNow
Lieu : Bruxelles, Belgique
Type : Hybride (2 à 3 jours par semaine sur site)
Langues : maîtrise de l’anglais et du français (niveau C2 minimum)
Principales responsabilités:
En tant qu'Analyste Fonctionnel - ServiceNow, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes pour analyser les besoins métiers, recueillir les exigences et les traduire en solutions fonctionnelles sur la plateforme ServiceNow. Vous ferez le lien entre les processus métier et les implémentations techniques, en veillant à ce que les solutions répondent efficacement aux objectifs de l'entreprise.
Compétences requises:
- Diplôme de licence en Administration des affaires, en Informatique, en Sciences de l’Informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en tant qu'Analyste Fonctionnel ou Analyste Métier, de préférence avec une expérience dans des projets ServiceNow.
- Expérience avérée dans la collecte et la documentation des exigences métier et fonctionnelles.
- Connaissance des modules ServiceNow (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, etc.).
- Expérience dans la conception de workflows, l'automatisation des processus et la configuration dans ServiceNow.
- Capacité à créer des User Stories détaillées et des diagrammes de processus.
- Solides compétences analytiques, de résolution de problèmes et de communication.
- Expérience avec les méthodologies Agile.
Compétences souhaitées:
- Certifications ServiceNow (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Connaissance des processus ITIL.
- Expérience en scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).
- Connaissance des outils d'intégration (REST/SOAP API).
- Expérience dans un environnement de conseil ou de relation client.
