**Chief Technician (CIS Security - Enterprise Edge Services Section)

**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- Higher secondary education and intermediate vocational training which might lead to a formal qualification with 6 years of experience, or a secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation with 8 years post related experience
- 6+ years of experience in system administration of Microsoft-based or UNIX-based operating system environments
- Practical experience in:
ü firewall and network proxy configuration and administration

ü implementing and maintaining cloud services, and secure access services edge

**DUTIES/ROLE**:

- Assist in implementation and administration of Cyber Security related policies, settings and tools
- Routinely serve as CISS representative in the ESOC
- Provide assistance to other work centres within NISC as needed
- Other related duties as required
