Pour son client, spécialisé dans l'industrie alimentaire, SD Worx recherche un Teamleader dans la région de Wielsbeke.

**Wie zoeken we?**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier dans un domaine technique ou d'une expérience équivalente et vous êtes à la recherche d'un défi solide ?
- Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour la technologie et l'alimentation et accordez une grande importance aux règles en matière de sécurité, de qualité, d'environnement et, bien entendu, aux normes et réglementations légales.
- Votre dynamisme et votre enthousiasme font de vous un collègue agréable et un contact facile tant pour les membres de votre équipe que pour l'ensemble de l'équipe.
- MS Office n'a plus de secret pour vous et votre affinité avec les programmes informatiques vous permet de maîtriser rapidement de nouveaux logiciels.
- Vous pouvez vous exprimer professionnellement en français, néerlandais et anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. La connaissance du français et de l'anglais est un atout majeur. Vous êtes intéressé(e) par le développement d'une deuxième langue.
- Une formation complémentaire (interne) sera certainement dispensée. Une expérience avec un progiciel ERP et/ou MES est un atout majeur

**Functieomschrijving**
- Vous suivrez un programme de formation interne entièrement développé au sein de la production. Vous vous familiariserez ainsi avec nos activités au cœur de l'organisation.
- Après votre formation, vous dirigerez une petite équipe de collaborateurs en tant que chef d'équipe orienté vers les personnes. Vous êtes leur point de contact quotidien et vous vous occupez également de leur formation, de leur encadrement et de leur motivation afin que vous et l'équipe puissiez atteindre les objectifs fixés au sein de la production.
- Vous coordonnez et organisez les activités quotidiennes de manière très efficace afin que les plans de production puissent être mis en œuvre et réalisés avec succès.
- Suivi et gestion du personnel ; personnel de revêtement et de nettoyage
- Vous surveillez de près les données relatives à la qualité, au rendement et aux défauts et faites des propositions d'amélioration appropriées.
- Vous travaillerez dans l'un de nos régimes : 2 équipes (05h-13h/ 13h-21h), nuit fixe (21h-05h) ou le week-end avec la flexibilité nécessaire pour les remplacements des collègues chefs d'équipe.
