Senior Picking

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor and create internal and external deliveries and assure right timing, safety, quality and cost;
- Optimize internal processes to allow flexibility into material flow;
- Promote continuous improvement in logistics operation through training, empowerment and seniority;
- Help resolve any operational issues during the shifts by working with relevant departments;
- Support Packaging/Labeling team with OBD's creation;
- Support the Customer Care and Planning teams with OBD's modifications;
- Participate to the daily meeting with Production, Planning, Quality and Packaging.

- The ability to work independently, driving improvement while connecting to others
- French and English are mandatory
