**Jouw uitdaging**:
- Mediafin, uitgeverij van onder andere De Tijd, is op zoek naar een **Digital Publishing &** **Social Media Specialist **(m/v/x).
- De Tijd is dé kritische kwaliteitskrant van Vlaanderen voor een ondernemend publiek. Een brede zakenkrant die focust op alles wat reilt en zeilt in de wereld van politiek en economie, ondernemen, technologie en innovatie en financiële markten. De Tijd wil, op papier én digitaal, een onmisbaar instrument zijn voor zijn lezers: mensen die initiatief nemen.
Jouw taken:
Je zet de ruime **mix van artikels, interviews, datawerk en andere De Tijd-content** zo goed mogelijk** in de digitale etalage**. En dit op diverse kanalen (website, app, nieuwsbrieven en sociale media) en diverse momenten.
-Je kan **nieuws** mee inschatten en maakt de juiste keuzes.
-Je weet hoe in te spelen op (nieuwe) **digitale lezersbehoeften** en hoe je de lezer kan verleiden voor onze **journalistiek**.
-Je bedenkt in een vingerknip rake formuleringen voor pushnotificaties en posts op sociale media.
-Je werkt mee aan een professionele **digitale publishing-strategie** voor onze journalistiek.
-Je zoekt mee nieuwe opportuniteiten om onze De Tijd-community uit te bouwen.
-Je werkt in nauw overleg met je collega’s en het nieuwsmanagement van De Tijd en maakt deel uit van de centrale nieuwstafel, het kloppende hart van de redactie.
**Jouw profiel**:
Je hebt ervaring in **digitale communicatie** en in het uitzetten van een **doordachte socialemediastrategie** (in de mediawereld = pluspunt).
-Je hebt een **goed gevoel voor taal en nieuws.**Ervaring met **SEO** en Photoshop is zeker een meerwaarde.
-Je hebt nieuwsgierigheid in je DNA en hebt interesse in de economisch-financiële en politieke actualiteit in binnen
- en buitenland. Zo maak je de juiste keuzes.
-Je bent vertrouwd met **De Tijd** en zijn bijlages **Mijn Geld en Sabato**.
-Je bent **flexibel qua werkuren** (inclusief ochtend
- en avonduren - geen nachtwerk).
-Je werkt graag in team en doet dat efficiënt, snel en correct, ook onder tijdsdruk.
