Wat houdt het Buildings team van Sweco In?
De wereld om ons heen verandert in een snel tempo. We stellen voortdurend andere en scherpere eisen aan hoe we straks willen wonen, werken, recreëren of ons verplaatsen. Het Buildings team biedt expertise en een veelzijdige blik op het ontwerp en de realisering van grote bouwprojecen. Wij doen dit op een slimme, groene en gezonde manier zonder druk te zetten op schaarse ruimte, materialen en grondstoffen.
Wat is onze strategische focus?
- Onze ingenieurs, architecten en consultants zorgen ervoor dat de gebouwen van onze klanten aangenaam zijn om in te wonen, te werken en te vertoeven.
- We combineren onze erkende expertise inzake ontwerp en studie van structuren en technieken, architectuur, projectmanagement en diverse consultancydiensten met een dosis innovatie en duurzaamheid.
- Vanaf de start van elk project verenigen we pragmatische oplossingen met creativiteit en zetten we de noden van onze klanten om naar geïntegreerde oplossingen
Als projectmanager ben je onze frontoffice persoon, het aanspreekpunt zowel intern als extern in alle fasen van bouwprojecten binnen het marktsegment Industry. De projecten situeren zich zowel in de logistieke sector als de agro, voeding en productie sector.
We zijn multidisciplinaire specialisten (architectuur, stabiliteit, technieken en specifieke disciplines zoals Akoestiek en Fire Safety) die samen met onze klanten streven naar duurzame en digitale oplossingen. We willen impact creëren met een lange termijn visie waar we “out of the box” denken. Een visie waar de gebruikers en de omgeving op de eerste plaats staan.
FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING:
- Je vertegenwoordigt Sweco ten aanzien van de klant. De duurzame relaties die je daarbij opbouwt zijn onze trots en garantie op een veelbelovende toekomst voor jezelf en voor Sweco.
- Je staat aan de wieg van elk ontwerp en dit al vanaf de offertefase.
- De vertrouwensrelaties die je in je projecten opbouwt met de bouwheer en externe partners koester je, waarbij je met een natuurlijke flair randvoorwaarden inzake budget, planning en kwaliteit omarmt en uitdraagt.
- Gedreven coördineer je je team dat bestaat uit project architecten en -ingenieurs uit alle betrokken disciplines. In overeenstemming met je eigen ervaring en affiniteit voer je ook zelf ontwerp
- en/of engineerstaken uit.
- Je bewaakt en beheert de profit and loss van je projecten, hetgeen betekent dat je tijdig en duidelijk binnen je team communiceert over de verwachte deliverables, de beschikbare tijd en bijhorend budget.
- Je betrokkenheid en commitment inspireren je teamgenoten en leiden tot een gezamenlijke trots omtrent de gerealiseerde projecten.
**WIE ZOEKEN WE**:
- Een diploma burgerlijk ingenieur, burgerlijk ingenieur - architect, industrieel ingenieur, architect of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Een ruime relevante ervaring, opgedaan als project ingenieur, projectleider of project manager in de bouwsector.
- Affiniteit met projecten in de industriesector of doorgedreven technische kennis binnen een discipline (speciale technieken, stabiliteit, ) is een pluspunt.
- Je bent integer, loyaal, nauwkeurig, resultaatgericht, kwaliteitsgericht en bovenal klantgericht.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (gesproken en geschreven) en overtuigingskracht.
- Een natuurlijk talent voor organisatie en motivering van je projectteam.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig, hebt een grondige kennis van het Engels en een basiskennis Frans.
