**The Job Description**
To strengthen its team, the company is looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous Technical Operator to help realize its ambitions.
What you will be doing?
- Eyewear manufacturing with a unique technologies.
- Handling thin flexible samples and fine technics.
- Following production process and procedures in details.
- Operating machines and flag on the event of deviations/issues.
- Optical Quality control based on characterizations tools.
- Identifying errors and providing inputs for improvements.
- Solving operational issues on the spot avoiding production stops.
- Identifying product errors during process steps.
- Assisting the engineering staff with developing new processes and machines.
- Basic maintenance.
**Requirements**:
**Your Qualifications**
Experience
- You have relevant experience as lab technician or you are technically oriented.
- You have preferably experience working in a lab environment and have worked with chemicals or had courses and physically processed samples.
- Knowledge of Office: Word, Excel, Power Point.
**Skills**:
- Ambition to work in start-up and/or scale-up companies: resilience, entrepreneurship, tenacity and hands-on mindset.
- Interpersonal skills, down-to-earth and effective communication skills.
- You can carful and attentive person.
- Proactive problem solver with ability to manage change effectively.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks - time management.
- Attention to detail.
