**Description**:
Ce que l’on attend de toi en tant que Regulatory Affairs Officer:
Tu finalises et coordonnes l'envoi des nouvelles demandes d'autorisations pharmaceutiques, en t'occupant de la partie administrative et de l'organisation des échantillons et articles de conditionnement ;
Tu coordonnes la préparation et l'envoi des dossiers de renouvellement d'acceptations ;
Tu assures le suivi des dépôts et renouvellements d'acceptations en collaboration une équipe internationale ;
Tu coordonnes la préparation, l'envoi, le suivi et le renouvellement des demandes d'exportation.
Tu mets à jour les bases de données réglementaires et gères l'archivage physique et électronique des informations ;
Tu contribues à l'élaboration, la traduction, la validation et la mise à jour des maquettes ainsi que leur archivage.
Profil
**Tu es le Regulatory Affairs Officer que nous recherchons si**:
Tu as obtenu un Bachelor ou équivalent par expérience;
Tu es très rigoureux, organisé et respectueux des procédures ;
Tu es un véritable team player ;
Tu possèdes au minimum une première expérience professionnelle ou un stage concluant et pertinent dans le domaine administratif, en secrétariat;
Tu as une bonne connaissance de l'environnement pharmaceutique et de sa réglementation, c’est un gros plus ;
Tu maîtrises l'outil informatique.
Tu parles couramment français et anglais, le portugais est un atout ;

Un salaire compétitif entre 2300€ et 2700€ brut selon ton expérience ;

Un contrat de longue durée ;

Un plan cafétaria ;

40h/semaine, horaire flottant de 8h à 18h (1h de pause déjeuner) ;
20 jours de congés légaux + 15 jours de RTT supplémentaires ;
1 jour de télétravail par semaine après 6 mois.
