- Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

- Je zal instaan voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van communicatiestrategieën in lijn met de doelstellingen van Cegeka.
- Je creëert content voor zowel externe als interne communicatiekanalen, zoals persberichten, nieuwsbrieven, sociale media en intranet.
- Je beheert de dagelijkse sociale media-activiteiten, waaronder het creëren van content, het posten en plannen.
- Hierbij hoort ook het rapporteren over de social media prestaties: je monitort en analyseert de effectiviteit van onze communicatiestrategie en past aan waar nodig.
- Daarnaast onderhoud je relaties met externe stakeholders, zoals partners, media en vakverenigingen.
- Je coördineert en ondersteunt interne en externe communicatie-initiatieven.
- Je waakt ook over de consistentie en de nauwkeurigheid van de berichten over alle communicatiekanalen.

**Wat breng jij mee?**:

- Een bachelordiploma in Communicatie, Marketing, Journalistiek of een gelijkaardige richting.
- Minimum een eerste werkervaring in externe en interne communicatie in een B2B omgeving.
- Deed je deze op in een IT-context, dan is dat absoluut een troef.
- Uitstekende schriftelijke en verbale communicatievaardigheden: jij tovert boeiende content voor een breed publiek uit jouw mouw.
- Ervaring met social media management, content creatie en analytics.
- Sterke project management en organisatorische skills, je bent een expert in het stellen van prioriteiten en het effectief multitasken.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van trends en terminologie in de IT-sector of bent bereid je hierin te verdiepen
- Je kan samenwerken met cross-functionele teams en bent in staat om sterke relaties op te bouwen met zowel interne als externe stakeholders.
- Je drukt je vlot uit in het Engels en het Nederlands, zowel geschreven als gesproken.
- Motivatie, enthousiasme én passie voor communicatie.
