**Overview**:
Business Analyst with 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong in personal tax matters, AML/tax analysis, process implementation, and team leadership.
**Responsibilities**:
- New workflow to implement to reduce the company's risk exposure on international transactions from sensitive countries.
- Manage the follow-up of transactions by contacting clients (for Retail) and relationship managers/contacts (for Private & Wealth) to collect documents and information related to these transactions
- Support the implementation of a new process for a dedicated team (maximum 5 people) for the Retail segment
- Reporting to management
**Must Have Skills**:
- Master's degree in Tax
- At least 5 years of relevant experience (initial experience in similar functions is mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of personal tax matters
- Experience in process of AML and tax analysis
- Experience in Process Implementation
- Experience as a Team Leader of a small team
- Capacity to learn rapidly internal tools
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good proficiency in English
