** Your Role **:Do you want to kickstart your career? At Kuehne-Nagel, we offer exciting Contract Logistics Management Traineeships that will challenge you and prepare you for a successful career.
** Your Responsibilities**:
Over the course of our 2-year Management Trainee Program in Belgium and Luxembourg, you'll have the opportunity to develop a wide range of essential knowledge and skills, including:
- In-depth understanding of various operations and logistic processes
- Work floor experience
- Advanced personal leadership skills such as self-awareness, effective communication, and collaboration
- Project management expertise, including active participation, leadership, and timely delivery of assigned projects
- Continuous Improvement/ Lean thinking knowledge
- Comprehensive knowledge of our WMS (Warehouse systems) and technologies
- Engineering, Automation and Innovation expertise, including analyses, investigation and designing logistic concepts and processes
- You are supported by a mentor, project coaches and a buddy
- The traineeship starts on 1st of September 2024
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- A Master's degree in Economics, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar
- About to graduate or have less than 2 years of working experience
- A born communicator, with an analytical mindset
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Dutch. Proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Willing to work flexible hours and to be mobile between KN sites
- MS Excel proficient
