**What will you do ?**

We are currently seeking a motivated, proactive, and professional Customer Support Administrator to join their Order Processing & Customer Support Department at their HQ in Belgium (Rijmenam).

As a part of our Customer Service team, you will work in a fast-paced and solution-based environment, interacting with customers to ensure their satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to showcase your interpersonal and relationship-building skills to resolve professional challenges and continuously work on improving our processes and customer experience.

As our Order & Customer Support Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Creating new sales orders, reviewing orders for product availability,
- Coordinating with internal departments to resolve any open order issues, and communicating with customers and the sales team.
- Maintening and growing relationships with existing and new customers by providing them with information about order status, pricing, product availability, and shipping information.
- You will be the key commercial administrative person for customers, and will be responsible for resolving customer credit issues with the Finance team.

**We are looking for someone**
- With good knowledge of English, (Dutch is a plus and any other languages is an added value)
- With a first experience in Customer Service.
- Proficient with MS Office (word, outlook)
- Have a first experience with SAP ? Great you'll work on a daily basis with this program. But no must (they'll train you)
- You should also be hands-on, customer-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are a must,
- With a team-oriented mindset.
