Binnen NN krijg je de kans om lid te worden van onze gemeenschappen - D&I, Gender Equity en Young Professionals, netwerken en leren van collega's in alle verzekeringsdisciplines en een verschil maken voor de maatschappij via onze vrijwilligersprogramma's.**Hoe ziet jouw job eruit als Data Analyst Insurance?**- Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt commerciële BI-dashboards om de verkoopprestaties, penetratie binnen de bankportefeuille, cross-selling met belangrijke bankproducten enz. regelmatig op te volgen. Dashboards en inzichten worden gebruikt door de managementteams van ING en NN om de business te sturen.-
- Je werkt nauw samen met de Tribe Insurance Data Analyst van ING om de businessteams te ondersteunen. Samen voert u ad-hocanalyses uit en genereert u belangrijke inzichten ter ondersteuning van verkoop, retentieprogramma's en ontwikkeling van de customer journey.-
- Op basis van bedrijfsbehoeften en uw eigen inzichten ontwikkelt u vereisten om gegevens vast te leggen en te structureren die momenteel niet bruikbaar zijn.**Zo pas jij perfect in ons team**- Je beschikt over een Bachelordiploma in een technische richting zoals wiskunde, natuurkunde, engineering,...-
- Je kan vlot werken met Power BI én SQL of R of SAS.-
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Engels en beschikt over een goede basiskennis van het Nederlands of Frans.-
- U kunt miljoenen gegevensrijen omzetten in verbluffende grafieken en zinvolle inzichten.-
- Je hebt een passie om repetitieve taken te automatiseren en handmatig werk te vermijden.-
- Je bent enthousiast om meer te weten te komen over de business en nieuwe tools en technologieën te testen.-
- Je bent een collega met het talent om het op te nemen en te realiseren.-
