**Wat verwacht Crelan van jou?**:
**Functie****:
Momenteel is het team van **process improvement** op zoek naar een nieuwe collega. Idealiter werkt de nieuwe collega ook bij voorkeur vanuit onze zetel in **Berchem**.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het in kaart brengen van onze **agentenprocessen** en werkt voorstellen tot verbetering en/of vereenvoudiging uit. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met de verschillende departementen/segmenten.
- Je neemt deel aan **verschillende projecten** om je visie over de processen te verbreden en je eigen input hieromtrent te geven.
- De capaciteit om **overkoepelend te denken** is een must. Je bent in staat je resultaten te vertalen in een plan van aanpak naar verschillende belanghebbenden, zowel naar hoofdzetel als het agentennet.
- Je onderzoekt best-practices, analyseert en documenteert deze en deelt deze met verschillende segmenten. Je volgt de laatste ontwikkelingen nauwlettend op en houdt je kennis van de laatste technieken up-to-date en deelt deze met je collega's van het team.
- Je bent een **sleutelfiguur wat betreft de Adviesraden/Conseils Consultatifs/MIA's** (Crelan en AXA) op verscheidene vlakken: voorbereiden van de meetings met segment-en agentvertegenwoordigers, opstellen van de verslagen, capteren van de actiepunten (opmaak actieplan) en het opvolgen van het actieplan in volle samenwerking met het desbetreffende segment.
- Je werkt graag samen met anderen en je gaat graag in overleg.
- Ten slotte moet je je vlot in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans kunnen uitdrukken gezien we voor het ganse land werken. Ook Engels is een belangrijke troef maar geen must.

**Profiel****:

- Je beschikt over minimum een bachelordiploma in een economische richting.
- Eerdere ervaring in een commercieel-technische functie is een must.
- Als je ook ervaring in projectwerk kan voorleggen, heb je streepje voor.
- De verschillende Office-programma's hebben voor jou geen geheimen (voornamelijk Excel).
- Je bent een echte teamplayer die beschikt over een hands-on-mentaliteit die steeds oplossingsgericht denkt.
- Je bent een vloeiende communicator en kan jezelf vlot uitdrukken in beide landstalen (Nederlands en Frans).
